How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes to one hour early to enjoy SPA VEA. To receive full benefit of any treatment, we suggest you shower prior to your appointment.






What do I need to bring?
We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables.






Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to properly drape any body part not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist.






Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy or disability?
Yes. Please inform our spa staff when you call for a reservation if you have allergies or any other condition we should be aware of. At this time SPA VEA offers only Skin Care treatments for our "Mommies to Be".






Is gratuity included in the price of treatment?
A 22% automatic staff charge will be added to all Spa Treatment charges and may not be modified. Patrons acknowledge and agree that part of the Staff Charge is provided to the Service Staff and part is retained by the Hotel. The Staff Charge does not replace voluntary gratuities to the Service Staff.






What if I must cancel my appointment?
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged in full for your spa service. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.






Where can gift cards be purchased?
Gift Card Purchase
